Treasurer
Budgeting; financial reporting; financial record keeping (income & expenditure); bank liaison; identifying opportunities for sponsorship or grants.
Safeguarding & Welfare
Safeguarding training & enhanced DBS tracking for all volunteers, coaches and umpires; dedicated safeguarding email address; ensuring team managers & coaches hold emergency contact details for all players.
Netballing Operations
Coaching Lead
Overall coaching direction; player pathway; coaching standards; aligning with England Netball frameworks; supporting the coaching team.
Senior Coordinator
Liaison between players, parents, team managers and coaches; supports hall and umpire bookings for senior teams (U13 & U15); booking training and specialist sessions including venues, coaches and umpires.
Junior Coordinator
Liaison between players, parents, team managers and coaches; supports hall and umpire bookings for junior teams (U11 & U12); booking training and specialist sessions including venues, coaches and umpires.
Year Group Team Managers
Arranges fixtures not covered by the Admin role (e.g. SNS, Fusion); availability checks; communication via Spond and WhatsApp; liaison with coach and team; recording attendance; match result processing and uploading results to the league system.
Support Hub
Admin – Membership
New joiner, trials and affiliation of all players; bi-annual collection of subs (Winter & Summer); managing the dedicated membership email address.
Admin – Fixtures & Tournaments
Booking umpires, coaches and venues; processing invoices; collecting tournament & league payments from players.
Uniform & Kit Organiser
Oversight of club kit ordering; managing the inventory of balls, bibs and first aid equipment; organising distribution of kits to coaches and players.
Website & Social Media
Regular social media updates; keeping website information current and accurate.
